On January 30, Bell will donate 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet and social media video view to mental health initiatives across the country.
Studies have shown that intimate partner violence can have severe mental health consequences including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. In some cases, intimate partner violence can even lead to suicide.
On January 30, help eliminate the stigma around mental illness by starting the conversation. Ask how your loved ones are doing and share help and resources, if needed.
